Objects with a past. Materials with another life.

Found objects, printed forms, and salvaged materials are transformed with paint, patina, and gilding, drawing on natural history, illuminated manuscripts, reliquaries, and Gothic ornament. The work is made to feel discovered rather than newly made.

Selected Objects

A changing collection of jewelry, vessels, and curiosities, each with its own mix of printed, found, and salvaged parts.

Layered pendants and earrings on dark velvet, including filigree butterflies, rose medallions, crescent moons, and monstera leaf earrings in painted metallic finishes.

Collected Adornments

Pendants and earrings built from printed forms, found elements, beads, and hand-painted detail.

Painted skulls and sculpted objects on dark blue velvet: an iridescent skull with crystal-filled eye sockets and anatomical labels, a purple and gold skull with crystal eyes, a green raven skull crowned with gold feathers and pearls, an ornate snail on a bed of painted flowers, and a framed lotus panel behind.

Curiosities

Painted skulls, sculpted creatures, and framed assemblages, no two finished alike.

Four ornamental planters with sculpted relief patterns on dark blue velvet, finished in verdigris, copper, gold, and deep blue patina, holding a pilea, an aloe, and two small succulents.

Patinated Vessels

Ornamental printed planters finished by hand in verdigris, bronze, and deep blue patina.
